Planned Parenthood & Mothering Justice: Mamavist Mini-Training

Are you interested in learning more about the Mothering Justice Mamavist Movement Fellowship? Sponsored by Planned Parenthood, Mothering Justice offers a mini-training session introducing this groundbreaking opportunity for women of color to engage in grassroots policy advocacy and leadership development. This workshop will offer a condensed version of our six-month virtual Leadership Development Mamavist Fellowship, where participants gain vital skills in relational organizing, storytelling, and media engagement, empowering them to advocate effectively for the Mamas’ Agenda in their communities. If you are short on time, our day-long training session provides an excellent opportunity to explore the program's main themes and learning objectives and connect with community leaders and organizations that support issues affecting our mamas. Mothering Justice staff will facilitate conversations on topics ranging from the Story of Self to Self and Relational Organizing, and Planned Parenthood will offer a session on Reproductive Justice!
