As the Director of Project Management at Mothering Justice, Ashley Addrow-Pierson helps in driving change by leading signature events nationwide for the organization. Ashley also spearheads Digital Communications and Mothering Justice's work with the Congressional Mamas Caucus.

Growing up as the child of West African immigrants in the American South, Rhonna-Rose has always been driven by a desire to connect with diverse communities and foster meaningful change. Based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business and brings over a decade of experience in leadership development and human resource management.

Luanna is an advocate for self-determination, an organizer, and a popular educator. She is the co-founder of Weaving Our Stories, a Hawai’i-rooted abolitionist program focused on storytelling as a means of liberation. She is also an inaugural Peace Studio Fellow.
