As People and Culture Manager, Rhonna-Rose brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience in organizational development and learning and development. She has done the work across electoral campaigns, foundations, and the nonprofit sector, and she brings that breadth into every team she touches. At Mothering Justice, she builds the people infrastructure that keeps a movement organization running at full capacity. She does not just develop leaders in theory. She develops them in practice, inside real organizations, under real pressure, with real stakes.
Based in Detroit, Michigan, Rhonna-Rose holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint, an aPHRi certification from HRCI (the internationally recognized standard for human resources professionals), and is an incoming J.D. Candidate at Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
