As the Director of Project Management at Mothering Justice, Ashley Addrow-Pierson helps in driving change by leading signature events nationwide for the organization. Prior to their role at Mothering Justice, Ashley held the role of Community Engagement and Special Projects Director at Detroit VS. Everybody from 2019 to 2022. Here, they led groundbreaking projects with industry giants such as Gucci, Ford, Ally Financial, and the University of Michigan. She also worked as Special Project Coordinator at the Detroit City Council, Ashley served as the linchpin between government, businesses, and the local community.
